It is the aim of the Shoot 360 Lady Hoops to provide qualified training for elementary through high-school girls. Emphasis will be placed on fundamental skills (ball-handling and shooting), individual and team offense/defense, and conditioning. Experienced instruction should greatly help the individual improve her skill level and overall game. The program is run by collegiate players from Catawba College and Livingstone College.
