Shoot 360 Charlotte trainer & GM, Junior Hairston is a former pro basketball player and local elite trainer in the city of Charlotte, NC.

Basketball has been the centerpiece of my life ever since I was young. Because of this, I learned that hard work, commitment, and patience are the keys to success in sports and in life.

I played all 4 years on the varsity basketball team at both Zachary High School and Hopewell High School. I played AAU basketball for Team Loaded and YGLA in the Adidas Gauntlet. I came to Shoot360 to help boys and girls basketball players get better and grow every day.

I'm currently a student at Appalachian State University.
