Shoot 360 Charlotte trainer & GM, Junior Hairston is a former pro basketball player and local elite trainer in the city of Charlotte, NC.
Darra Walker played college basketball at Livingstone College where she studied Business Administration. She was awarded the Student-Athlete of the Year Award for two consecutive seasons from 2018-2020. She was the head girls coach at North Rowan High School from 2022-2024. In addition to being a trainer at Shoot 360, she currently serves as the Co-Director of Elite IQ Academy, where she is focused on building one of the top AAU organizations in the Carolinas.
Basketball has been the centerpiece of Thomas' life ever since he was young. Because of this, he learned that hard work, commitment, and patience are the keys to success in sports and in life.
He played all 4 years on the varsity basketball team at both Zachary High School and Hopewell High School. He played AAU basketball for Team Loaded and YGLA in the Adidas Gauntlet. He came to Shoot360 to help boys and girls basketball players get better and grow every day.
He is currently a student at Appalachian State University.
Doneal Mack is a Charlotte area basketball star. After leading his high school team to a national championship and averaging just over 31 PPG during his senior season, he went on to have a successful college playing career at Memphis where he helped lead them to the nationship championship game in 2008. Mack enjoys sharing what he learned during his successful playing career with young athletes looking to follow in his footsteps.
Will Harvey played varsity basketball locally at Hopewell High School and graduated in 2022. He is a versatile sharp shooting guard currently playing on the club basketball team at UNC Charlotte where he is also a student. He has been coaching and training at Shoot 360 for just over three years. He also has one year of AAU coaching experience.
Will works at Shoot 360 because he enjoys supporting athletes in working hard to achieve what they want in the game of basketball. The game of basketball has been an outlet for him all of his life, and he has learned not to take the game for granted. He wants to pass on his love of the game to the next generation.
Lucas Rivera has been working at Shoot 360 Charlotte for the last two years as a floor coach. In this role, he works closely with athletes during their workout sessions, providing them with feedback to help improve their game. During his time at Shoot 360, Lucas has come to realize it is much more than just a place where athletes train, it's a family. Lucas is passionate about helping each athlete improve and achieve their goals.
Mikalister enjoyed a successful high school basketball career, earning All-Conference honors and being named team MVP during his final two seasons. He is currently a student and playing college basketball at Cleveland Community College. Mikalister is passionate about the game of basketball and takes pride in helping athletes develop their skills.
Kelsey Rhyne is a local superstar from Lake Norman High School. As a 4-star prospect and McDonald's All-American nominee, she is one of the most accomplished players in the area. She is a state champion with four Final Four appearances during her high school career. She holds the all-time scoring and steals records while sitting just two assists away from breaking the school's assist record. She had multiple D1 offers as early as her sophomore year and will be headed to play at Navy next year. Myles Stinson is an elite basketball skills trainer known for developing high-level athletes through game-situation, high-intensity training. He has worked with top talent, including Duke star Isaiah Evans, along with current standout recruits Kaharri Coleman and Chacho Womack. He has trained 10 players currently playing at the Division 1 level in college, as well as pro players. He leads several group skills training sessions at Shoot 360 and also provides personal training. He enjoys pushing athletes to reach their maximum potential.
