Javis Howard brings a unique blend of elite basketball experience, leadership development, and mentorship to Shoot 360 Charlotte. As a former collegiate and professional player, Javis understands what it takes to succeed at every stage of the game and is passionate about helping athletes maximize their potential.

A standout player from Irmo High School in Columbia, South Carolina, Javis helped lead his team to a perfect 29-0 record and a South Carolina State Championship during his junior season. His success on the court earned him more than 25 NCAA Division I scholarship offers before he chose to attend Charleston Southern University on a full basketball scholarship, where he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Social Science.

Following college, Javis continued his playing career professionally, competing in more than five countries and gaining invaluable experience at the highest levels of the game. His journey from highly recruited high school athlete to professional player gives him firsthand insight into player development, recruitment, and what it takes to compete beyond the high school level.

Off the court, Javis has built an impressive background in leadership development, entrepreneurship, and personal growth. He has worked with individuals and teams to build confidence, strengthen leadership skills, improve performance, and develop greater self-awareness.

At Shoot 360 Charlotte, Javis combines his basketball knowledge with his passion for mentoring young athletes. He is committed to helping players improve their skills, develop a winning mindset, and become the best version of themselves—both on and off the court.

Originally from Tampa, Florida, Javis began his basketball journey in Columbia, South Carolina. He now resides in Concord, North Carolina, with his wife and their 5-year-old daughter.
