Lucas Rivera has been working at Shoot 360 Charlotte for the last two years as a floor coach. In this role, he works closely with athletes during their workout sessions, providing them with feedback to help improve their game. During his time at Shoot 360, Lucas has come to realize it is much more than just a place where athletes train, it's a family. The relationships he has built with atheltes, parents, and coaches have meant a lot and what makes Shoot 360 so special. Lucas takes pride in being a small part of each athelte's journey, helping them grow not only as basketball players, but as people. Being able to support, encourage, and watch them develop over time is what drives him every day he is in the gym.
