Terra Dean is a member of the leadership team at Shoot 360 Charlotte, where she is passionate about creating an encouraging environment that helps young athletes grow both on and off the court.

A graduate of Grove City College with a degree in Education, Terra met her husband, Ian, while in college. She brings more than 20 years of experience serving children and families, most recently as a preschool director, where she developed a reputation for compassionate leadership, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to helping every child thrive.

As a wife, mother of three, and educator, Terra's faith in God is the foundation of her life and influences the way she serves others with grace and purpose. She believes in the power of basketball to build confidence, character, and resilience, and is excited to be part of the Shoot 360 Charlotte family. Terra is dedicated to empowering every athlete to reach their full potential—not only in basketball, but in life.
